Let's talk Medik8 Crystal Retinal

The aim is to find the strength that works best for your skin. So if you're seeing results with Crystal Retinal 3, don't jump to 6. Stay where you are!
There are lots of products with retinal (also known as retinaldehyde) out there. So why should you choose to go with Medik8? Buckle up! You're in for a ride:
THE PROBLEM WITH RETINAL:
The problem is that not all retinaldehyde serums are made equal. As an ingredient, it's incredibly unstable. A key thing to consider when picking your retinal serums, is how stabilized the molecule is. Unstable retinal = no results. Medik8 use a carrot seed oil to assist in their Retinal stabilization, which is what gives the Crystal Retinal that beautiful orange tone. When working with active ingredients in your skincare, you want to use brands that you can trust - in other words, brands that talk about how & why their products work.

STABILISATION:
Crystal Retinal features a dual-layered stabilisation system to keep the retinal potent & powerful.
