NZ Post Covid Shipping Update

Due to pressure on the NZ Post network during the latest Covid-19 lockdowns, NZ Post are restricting our order pickups while Auckland is in Level 3. This may mean that not every order we pack will be picked up on the same day.

Here's what we're doing to combat this issue:

  1. We've added a temporary minimum order limit of $20. This helps reduce strain on all networks - both ours and NZ Post. We will review this setting after NZ Post advise that restrictions are lifted. This applies to all orders.

  2. We've updated our tracking emails to send a 'Your order has been packed' notification as well as a 'Picked up' notification. This way you can better see the progress of your order - don't forget you can always log in to your account to see this too.

Auckland: We're sending your orders out quickly, but NZ Post are advising a 5 day delay on most Auckland shipments. They will not allow us to lodge enquiries until 10 business days have passed, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

We appreciate you bearing with us at this time and rest assured, we're working our tails off to get your orders out the door as fast as possible.
