I love these patches. No more taking tablets. So easy to use. Have found them as effective for muscle pain. Will definitely continue to use.

Have felt a little better and have been using them for acouple of days, the down side,even though it says it's waterproof,I didn't find that where,had a shower, hardly got it wet ,it came off,and you got to take them off really carefully off the backing or it will stick up,,and after 12 hour used,not sleeping with it,it's ready to fall off, quite disappointed

I have been using the Metabolise patch for three months now and believe that there has been a change in my metabolism. Due to my stage of life it didn't matter what I did, the weight just didn't move. I am now making some gains in this area with the support of this patch. My only complaint is that the patch doesn't stay attached. If the patch was made of a more flexible material, it might be better.
