How long will delivery take?
All NZ orders are sent overnight delivery with Courier Post (or NZ Couriers for fragrance) and should arrive the following business day if ordered before 4pm. Please allow an additional business day if paying by Internet Banking or if you live in a Rural area.

Do you have a shop?

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Orders can be picked up from either of our stores, once you have received a 'Ready for Pickup' email. If something is selling fast, ordering online first is always a good idea :) More information about pickups
Are your products authentic?
Yes! We are authorized stockists for all of the brands we stock, and our products are 100% authentic.

We are most commonly asked about ghd - we are an authorized stockist for ghd and ghd products purchased through us are covered by their 2 year manufacturers warranty. You can verify this by entering into their online website checker:

Never fear! This just means that your order has been packed but the Courier hasn't picked it up yet. Please try clicking the link after 5pm and it should work.
How often do you re-stock items?
All the time! However, as some products come from the USA, some from the UK and some from Australia, there are different times for each brand. If you're after something in particular, send us an email and we can let you know when it's likely to be restocked.
