Trying the sleep with lavender patches for the first time and I’ll admit I was as skeptical at first , however the first night trying with two patches gave me a more restful dreamy sleep. I had been waking during the night, sometimes 2 or 3 times. These patches are helping evening out my sleep pattern and I am waking up in the morning and feeling like I have actually slept. I still do have the odd awake episodes but falling back to sleep is easier and deeper. Thank you for these!

At last I have found something that actually helps me sleep without making me feel woozy the next day. Also good that it does not have to go via the digestive system.
