This hand cream is amazing, like nothing else I've ever used. My hands feel way softer than I can remember, like baby-soft. This stuff literally resurfaces them. I use a typical moisturizing hand cream as needed during the day, then let this stuff work it's magic overnight, and wake up to silky-soft mitts. I admit I have neglected hand-care up until recently, it was a sample-size that sold me on this. There's no looking back now!
