How to Use
To prime the Liquid Define, and get the liquid to the tip of the felt pen, pull off cap and turn it upside down like a cup and carefully bend the tip slightly to point down inside the cupped lid to push liner liquid to tip. This will keep the liquid in the barrel filled to the tip, and a beautiful full line.
If the tip becomes frayed, using tweezers, you can pull the tip out, turn it around, and reinsert for a new clean tip. Our Liquid Define has a unique double sided tip for perfect defined lines for the life of the Liquid.
Always ensure the Liquid liner cap clicks, to eliminate drying.

Came dry
Unfortunately I bought this and the tip came completely dried out. I had heard that this was an amazing product so its possible I just got a dud. As it came, though, it was unusable. I'd give it another go but probably wouldn't order again at full price as this is on the expensive end for eyeliner and there are good quality ones on the market for much cheaper.

Applies really well, dries quick, smudge-proof on my hooded eyes. Just wish the liner was a bit stronger/more pigmented, some areas need re-application due to being a bit thin.

I have severely hooded eyes so every time I use eyeliner it smudges. This eyeliner dries fast,very easy to use and has an amazing colour.

Absolutely love this liquid eye liner! The tip is a mini felt tip so the application is effortless and smooth. I feel like the Eye of Horus brand isn't recognised as much as it should, this is definitely one of my favourite products from the company and will continue to repurchase. makes winged eyeliner so easy so perfect for beginners

Beautiful easy to use eyeliner. I don't have a steady hand with liquid eyeliners but I love the fact that this is much firmer and helps a lot when applying. great product!

This is the best liquid eyeliner I have ever used. As someone who suffers from periocular dermatitis (eye eczema), I have found that I am unable to use most liquid eyeliners because it aggravates my condition. I have never had a problem using the Eye of Horus Liquid Define Eyeliner, it is easy to use and creates a beautiful black line that even an newbie can perfect after a few tries. Well worth the price.

Best liquid eyeliner I have ever used! It is so easy to apply, goes on opaque and lasts all day but is easy to remove with eye make up remover. I love that you can turn the tip around once one side is used up. It's like two eyeliners for the price of one!

My fave "felt pen" eyeliner! It is so pigmented, dries easily and is so so so easy to apply. It's honestly just like drawing. My only concern is that the tip wears over time. Beauty Bliss let me know you could turn the tip around which worked for a while, but unfortunately lots of use has now worn the other side! I still award top marks though. I've recommended this to so many people of so many different ages!

Best liquid liner i have ever used! Has a fine applicator which only allows so much product out at a time so no explosions! Drys almost instally, lasts all day without moving and the best part comes off with warm water!

this stuff is insane! it's such an easy tool to use and the product itself is so beautifully pigmented. i'm not the best at applying eyeliner but the applicator on this liner is so perfect! doesn't budge all day either, i would highly recommend this to anyone from beginners to absolute liner freaks!
