It certainly helps you to sleep but it is unproductive sleep with bad dreams. I tried it for a week but felt "floaty" and tired during the day.

Tastes a little strange, a bit sweet, but not unmanageable, I mix with water and drink it fast before going to bed. Gives me weird dreams sometimes, but I love dreaming, so that’s a positive for me, might not be for others. I don’t use this every night, just when I’m really exhausted from work and want a good sleep, so lasts much longer for me than it would with daily use. Worth the price for me, but if you want to use it every night it’ll get expensive fast!
