A: This formula is water-resistant, but not waterproof, in order to prevent aggressive makeup removal which can cause damage to the lashes.

Q: How do you sharpen the pencil?
A: Defining Liner is a retractable liner; thus, it does not require sharpening. RevitaLash have, however, included a built-in sharpener and smudging tool for your convenience and to allow for achieving multiple looks.
