Very soft bristles. I use it to apply liquid highlighter over shoulders and neck too.

Great quality brush with amazingly soft bristles.

Good quality brush for going for that all over bronzed look to your face just for that healthy slightly contoured look. You could use this to dust some finishing powder on your face. Wouldn't recommend it for for applying a setting powder or for blush, unless I guess it's to blend out to much blush.
