As I found out, using this product seemed to work for a bit but after a while I seemed to break out with eczema on my hands

Have used this a few times now, leaves my skin looking pretty nice the next day. Really wish I had got the 10% strength though.

I've used this for 6 months now and it didn't make too much of a difference to my skin. I was still getting patches of dry skin, so it doesn't exfoliate as well as the Ordinary's AHA toner. I've purchased the 10% concentration to see if this will be better.

Have just finished the 5% and I loved it so much that I bought it again but in 10%. I don't exfoliate my face anymore, this does wonders!!

I got this just before lockdown started last year and it has become a staple in my skincare routine ever since. I only use it twice a week, but have found my skin has improved insanely. My skin type is dry and sensitive, it really gets rid of all my dead skin (particularly around my nose where it is the worst). I have always struggling having sensitive and dry skin as most exfoliations are just too harsh and break me out in a rash, I was hesitant to try this but find the lower % is great - though I definitely would not use it more than 2x a week. Mine is just about to run out, so once it restocks I will absolutely be repurchasing.

Prior to usage, my cheeks were dry from the cold weather and after a couple of uses, they definitely got softer. My forehead has some pimples on it so I focused more of the product on my forehead and again after a couple of day, the pimples had gotten less red and less textured. I'm lucky that I don't have sensitive skin but I would admit, when applying it on my face for the first time, I felt mild stinging but after that, there was no more stinging because my skin had gotten used to the product. I really like the product and it's amazing for its price.

I feel like my skin is definitely softer after using this for approx a week however I haven't noticed anything majorly different. I did notice on the 3rd night of using it (product suggests nightly use) that my forehead started to get a bit irritated so for a few nights I decided to focus on my nose, cheeks and chin and avoid the forehead while using less product and it was fine! Overall nice to feel my skin softer but no major differences I can see
