How to Use
Peel the patch from the backing sheet. Place the patch on a hairless area of skin + you are done!
MENOPAUSE
Place the MENOPAUSE patch on a hairless area of skin, such as the upper arm, lower back, abdomen, or inner wrist, and leave on for 12 hours. For the best results, use one morning and night.
FOCUS
Place the FOCUS patch on a hairless area of skin, such as the upper arm, lower back, abdomen, or inner wrist, and leave on for 12 hours. Use daily for best results.
SLEEP
Place the SLEEP patch on a hairless area of skin, such as the upper arm, lower back, abdomen, or inner wrist before you go to bed and leave on overnight.

A: Sure! Every individual is different and metabolises the nutrients differently – The Patch Remedy team recommend starting with one patch and building up to two or three until the desired effect is achieved. You can also wear more than one type of patch at a time, for instance SLEEP and MAGNESIUM work beautifully together as does MENOPAUSE and SLEEP.
