Q: Where should I put the patch on my body?
A: Place the patch on a hairless area of skin, such as the upper arm, shoulder, inner wrist, lower back, or abdomen. Another great place to place the patch is above the ankle! If you have sensitive skin, it is a good idea to regularly rotate where you put the patches to avoid any skin irritation.
Q: Are the patches latex free?
A: Yes! It is very important to us that all our patches are not only latex free, but also gluten free, dairy free, vegan and not tested on animals.
Q: Can I wear more than one patch at any one time?
A: Sure! Every individual is different and metabolises the nutrients differently – we recommend starting with one patch and building up to two or three until the desired effect is achieved. You can also wear more than one type of patch at a time, for instance SLEEP and MAGNESIUM work beautifully together as does MENOPAUSE and SLEEP.

Hey - Ive bene using these since Nov 2023 and use them instead of HRT ( I wasn't that angry to start with ) but also instead of taking a supplement internally like Femme - which was also good but I wanted to give my internal a break. I find that if I don't use these stickers I notice the difference within a few days - sweats, Hot flush, brain fog etc So I recommend this to anyone to try it - that's how I discovered :) Love it
