Peel the patch from the backing sheet. Place the patch on a hairless area of skin, such as the upper arm, lower back, or abdomen and you're done!
Please note that patches are quite sticky (so they don't slide off!) so choose an appropriate area of skin to aid in safe removal. We recommend avoiding thin/delicate skin or places like the neck as the patch may leave a temporary visible mark.

Q: Can i wear the Metabolize patch when exercising
A: Yes! The Patch Remedy patches are waterproof and can even be worn in the shower. Just be mindful of the placement location and the type of exercise - anything that causes your body to rub against the patch may not be comfortable.
Q: Can I wear more than one patch at any one time?
A: Sure! Every individual is different and metabolises the nutrients differently – The Patch Remedy team recommend starting with one patch and building up to two or three until the desired effect is achieved. You can also wear more than one type of patch at a time, for instance SLEEP and MAGNESIUM work beautifully together as does MENOPAUSE and SLEEP.

I have been using the Metabolise patch for three months now and believe that there has been a change in my metabolism. Due to my stage of life it didn't matter what I did, the weight just didn't move. I am now making some gains in this area with the support of this patch. My only complaint is that the patch doesn't stay attached. If the patch was made of a more flexible material, it might be better.

I’m menopausal and don’t sleep well. I’ve been taking these and while they don’t help me get to sleep they do keep me asleep all night. If i do happen to wake, i go right back to sleep. I wake up refreshed and feel I’ve slept well. They have made such a difference to me and I’ve been recommending them to others.

Ive started a low carb high fat diet and being in my late 50's, weight is harder to shift. I found the hunger between meals irritating and these patches have helped alleviate this! I was skeptical, but now convinced natural remedies are the way to go.
