I've been using this for 3mths with the Shampoo & Conditioner duo, & my hair is definitely longer & smoother - & it actually stays smooth. I'm also finding I don't have to section it out so much & straighten it to death after each wash, now about 3 sections/passes is enough (which of course keeps it healthier). Some days heaven forbid, I've even skipped the straightener & left it wavy, as it's not such a wild 'fro anymore.
