I tried the sample pack sent with a recent order and found I achieved more without needing my usual nap most days, ordered a big pack of the powders. This is my most favorite washing scrub at the moment. Make sure you rub your hands together and take in a good smell to waken the senses in the morning, along with a cold shower, nothing is more stimulating. Totally recommend.
