How do I sign up for a subscription?
This option is available on a select number of items. You will see the 'Subscribe for Auto-Replenish' button on the product page if this is available. If you have other products that you would like this to be available on in the future, please let us know. We love feedback!

Which payment methods are available?
We offer payment via Stripe who accept Credit and Debit Cards. This means that our payment screens for subscriptions look a little different to regular orders. We do not store any card details on our own servers - we leave the management of this with Stripe who have very robust security systems in place to guarantee your security. Sorry but other payment methods (e.g. Afterpay) are not available for subscriptions.

Can I subscribe to multiple items?
While you technically can, each subscription will be on a different cycle and items will be dispatched separately. We're working on ways to improve this in the future.

Can I change my shipping address?
Of course! If you move house or would like your future orders sent elsewhere, you can edit your address by logging in to Beauty Bliss. Click the 'My Profile' link in the top right-hand corner of our website (or the person icon if you're on mobile) and then My Subscriptions. You can then edit your address.

When and how can I cancel?
You can cancel any time before your next payment is made. To do this, log in to your Beauty Bliss account and click 'My Profile' and then 'Subscriptions'. You will then see the option to cancel. What if I want to change the frequency?
At this stage, we've set the subscrption frequency to match what we feel at Beauty Bliss is appropriate for the product. We plan to allow this to be customized in the future and are really keen to hear any feedback that you may have regarding this. Please email us! support@beautybliss.co.nz

Will I earn BB Rewards points?
Sorry no, BB Rewards points can not be earned on (or redeemed towards) subscription orders at this stage.

Can I redeem other discounts, gift vouchers or offers?
Sorry no discounts, rewards or promotions can be redeemed towards these orders.

Can I return items for a refund if I didn't cancel in time?
Sorry, our standard returns policy applies with subscription items. We will meet all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if an item arrives damaged or faulty, however we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. This extends to if you fail to cancel a subscription before it is renewed.

Can I add additional one-off items to my subscription order?
Not yet, but we will be offering this in the future as we want you to be able to take advantage of the Free Shipping! :)
