Is not tacky or glue and none colour that can be built up a bit or worn sparingly for nice effect too

If you're on the fence with this one I highly recommend you buy it. Shade looks like a bright pink in the tube but applies a lot sheerer to give a gorgeous (just sparkly enough) wash of juicy stain on your lips. Smells AMAZING (like a vanilla sugar cookie) and is super comfortable and very nourishing on the lips - love it!!
