I have quite curly hair and wanted to loosen the amount of curl. This gave me too much volume and rotated only one way. The problem was the returns, there weren't any! They wouldn't except my return because I tried it out? How the he'll do you know if it works for you? Hygiene reasons! I didn't wear it and it heats up to extreme temperatures., which kills any germs etc. Poor service and lame excuse. I asked for the exact items to be put on their web-site for no returns so no other person gets ripped off!! Be aware ladies.
