We are closely monitoring the coronavirus situation here in New Zealand and doing everything we can to protect the health and safety of our customers and our staff. We'll continue to post updates on this page to keep you informed of any changes that may affect our service or your shopping experience. 1st April 2020: We can now ship a select number of essential products. These include skincare, haircare, body wash, and soap. Orders containing non-essential items will not ship until the Level 4 lockdown is over.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, shipping of orders is delayed until the Level 4 lockdown is lifted. We can not process refunds for 'change of mind' orders, so please ensure that you consider the delayed delivery time before ordering.
